QUALITY YOU CAN RELY ON...

Well staffed and equipped engineering department at each facility. We utilize various types of precision equipment such as CMM, torque and destructive testers to perform DFMEA, PFMEA, endurance analysis, and other specific tests for product integrity. All new developments are thoroughly tested.

Wide range of in-house manufacturing processes to include:
- Forging facility for inboard and outboard housing blanks
- Heat treat facilities that include continuous constant velocity joint heat treat process line; carburization heat treat line and robotic frequency heat treat line
- CV Neoprene rubber boots injection molding lines
- ABS rings, grease packs and various stamping capabilities including boot bands
- EDM and tool making capabilities
- Special outboard joint for military and construction equipment

Stringent quality control implementation throughout, starting with: incoming material inspections utilizing metallurgic Spectrum Meter for chemical analysis of raw material; SAE/ASTM testing standards for rubber raw materials; first piece, in process and final inspection approval procedures.

We assure the quality of our product by utilizing our Spectrum Meter to ensure that all incoming material meet the required specifications; the Scan Master equipment controls the heat treat process for repeatable results; the QAS system to continuously monitor the heat treat process ensuring
that each part meets or exceeds industry standards; and the computerized Metallurgic Microscopic analysis equipment for process validation.

Well defined assembly procedure to warrant the end product quality
repeatability.

Every axle assembly must pass a series of quality check points.
